Yoga

Yoga is a practice of integrating breathing techniques, postures and meditation promoting physical and mental health. By giving verbal instruction, physical demonstration and gentle assists students benefit from a safe alignment so they are able to experience a deepening mind, body, spirit connection. Private and small group instruction are available as we welcome students of various levels, backgrounds, and ages while meeting each person wherever they are in their practice.

A combination of in person and/or virtual yoga sessions are available. Please see the list of services to select the option that is best for you. A complimentary 30 min. meet and greet is offered to discuss level of experience, safety, modifications, and answer questions prior to attending class.

Sandra has been teaching yoga since 2013 after completing her 200 hour training and is a member of Yoga Alliance.

When I started practicing yoga with Sandra, I was a true beginner. I began yoga thinking it would just be good stretching to counter my tennis and running. But, I soon realized the benefits of yoga go far deeper than physical. Sandra incorporates mind, body and spirit into each session. I leave feeling renewed and refreshed.
Sandra has created a positive community, one of continual learning. I feel encouraged to try new poses and master proper techniques. Sandra gently corrects and encourages. Our safety and overall well-being is always at the forefront. She offers alternative poses depending on our bodies own flexibility, injuries, and individual level of expertise.
